Finding and buying a property in Colorado while still living in Massachusetts was a very challenging undertaking. I started looking for my idyllic new home/property in April 2023, but spent  1-1/2 years searching without success largely because I hadn't found the right realtor to work with. Then in October 2024, I met Nysa Rayno. From our opening conversation Nysa was very helpful and easy to work with. She was well-versed regarding Colorado real estate buying/selling and property management, and openly shared her knowledge and experiences. Besides her knowledge, Nysa also had the connections and network of partners to make my property search and then closing relatively painless.
